No. Travel to and from the tour location is not covered in the tour fee.
Absolutely. If you'd rather not bring your own vehicle, we’re more than happy for you to source something stylish and suitable for the adventure.
On our tours, breakfast is covered daily. Alcohol, room service and other hotel extras are not included. We have regular stops for lunch and dinner is served at our final stop each day, neither are part of the package.
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your deposit is received and confirmed, your spot is guaranteed.
Closer to the tour date, you’ll be sent a detailed itinerary and need-to-know details. We keep some elements under wraps to preserve the sense of discovery.
We handle all accommodation. Each booking includes one double or twin room. If you’d like to extend your stay or make special arrangements, just ask, additional fees may apply.
Yes! Let us know any dietary preferences when you register and we’ll do our best to accommodate throughout the tour.
Yes, our media team captures the highlights, with select content appearing in our gallery and across social media. You may even feature in one of our behind-the-scenes videos. If you do not want either your car or yourself to appear in any of our media, please let one of our team know.
Absolutely — feel free to capture your adventure for personal use. We may also take photos or videos during the trip for promotional purposes.
We don't currently cater for EVs.
Absolutely, we understand that people want to stay in contact on the road and we use them to update our guests along the way. However, they can only be used when safe to do so abiding by local laws.
We currently use the RoadStr App, which can be downloaded free on to your mobile device. All routes will be published for the tour and downloadable to be used in the app. The app is compatible with Android Auto and Apple Car Play and also shows the live locations of other drivers on the route. We reserve the right to change apps prior to the commencement of any tour.

Just complete the booking form here or contact us directly. Your place is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you a confirmation email.
The remaining balance is usually due 15 weeks before the trip starts. We’ll remind you in plenty of time.

Vehicle insurance documents
V5C or hire certificate
MOT certificate
Passport (6+ months validity)
Travel insurance certificate
Any required visas
Yes — you must have:
Motor insurance valid in all countries you’ll drive through
Breakdown cover including repatriation
Comprehensive travel insurance
Usually, yes. Small changes may incur an admin fee. You can also transfer your place to someone else up to 7 days before departure.
Cancellation fees depend on how close you are to departure. Your deposit is non‑refundable, and charges increase as the trip approaches.
If we make a minor change, we’ll let you know. If it’s a major change, you can accept it, choose another trip or get a full refund.
We’ll do everything reasonably possible to help, such as providing local contacts or guidance. You must have insurance to cover any costs that arise.
